Superlink Online Version 1.5

Superlink-online is powered by the Superlink genetic linkage program. Tasks are automatically divided into small pieces and executed simultaneously using many computers.  The running environment is provided by Superlink@Technion - GridBot - Distributed Computing System which allows the usage of idle cycles of tens of thousands of home desktop PCs as well as high performance grids all over the world Results are combined and outputted as if they have been produced by Superlink on a single computer. Larger files may loose priority over time and be slowed down by the system in favor of other users. Users are notified by e-email upon task completion. Results of analysis are kept confidentially and temporarily on our server.

Consult these tips for efficient usage of this tool.

New !!!! Easy analysis of SNP data: SuperlinkSNP (beta)

Single locus disease model analysis

  1. Two point analysis using SUPERLINK (all markers used individually)
  2. Multi point analysis using SUPERLINK (markers used together)
  3. Check pedigree for detecting syntax or mendelian errors
Two-loci disease model analysis

  1. Two Loci Two Point analysis using SUPERLINK (two disease loci with independent marker pairs)
  2. Two Loci Multi Point analysis using SUPERLINK (two disease loci with joint analysis of all markers)

Convert

  1. Convert from Superlink format to simplified format
  2. Convert from Superlink /Fastlink format to Genehunter format
  3. Convert from Genehunter format to Superlink /Fastlink
